Information you give us
- Project enquiries: your name, business email, company, country, project type, budget range, project description and any file you choose to attach.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the opt-in box.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Ask Duke: questions typed into the Ask Duke bar are answered in your browser and are not sent to us or stored.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver services you request.
- To send occasional insights, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements (generally seven years for financial records). Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
